Coach is AUD $750 a month: roughly the price of a group programme, but one-to-one. That’s 30% of the low end of one-to-one pricing.
The Partner plan adds hands-on help, same-day support, incident support and development work at 15% off, and every project comes with my refund guarantee.
My guarantee
If you’re not happy with the first month, you get your money back. After that, if something isn’t working and I can’t put it right, I refund the most recent month.
For all projects: if what I build doesn’t do what we agreed in writing, or doesn’t work, you get your build fee back in full.

Why I coach
When COVID lockdowns hit, my online store took off. Monthly orders jumped from about $25k to $60k.
On paper, it was a dream. In reality, I ran out of stock fast, and the world’s shipping lanes had ground to a halt. Soon I was getting 20 emails a day from customers asking when their order would arrive, or for a refund.
It was my own fault. I was greedy. I should have refunded customers there and then, or reached out before they had to ask.
Looking back, two things would have changed everything: someone in my corner to pull my head out of the weeds, and a system that handled those enquiries and stock orders for me. My biggest regret running my business was not having a coach.

Questions about business coaching
How much does a business coach cost in Australia?
One-to-one coaching typically runs AUD $2,500–5,000 a month, and group programmes average about $700. Coach is AUD $750 a month and Partner is AUD $2,500. The first 3 Partner clients pay $2,000 a month for their first six months.
What does a business coach actually do?
With me: a one-to-one session every two weeks, a business plan built in the first month and updated every session, and clear goals with progress tracked. On Partner, I also help hands-on: I walk you through fixes and builds step by step, or quote to do them for you.
How long are sessions?
45 minutes is the standard, but it’s up to you. Choose the length that suits you.
Is having a business coach worth it?
Only if it’s working for you. That’s why the first month is fully refundable, and why you can cancel any time. My biggest regret running my own business was not having one.
Business coach or business mentor?
People use both words. You get someone who has done it (five years at Shopify, my own store) and someone who sets goals with you and tracks them every session.
