When COVID lockdowns hit, my online store took off. Monthly orders jumped from about $25k to $60k.
On paper, it was a dream. In reality, I ran out of stock fast, and the world’s shipping lanes had ground to a halt. Soon I was getting 20 emails a day from customers asking when their order would arrive, or for a refund. I spent my days answering the same questions instead of growing the business.
It was my own fault. I was greedy. I should have refunded customers there and then, or reached out before they had to ask.
Looking back, two things would have changed everything: someone in my corner to pull my head out of the weeds, and a system that handled those enquiries and stock orders for me.

A few things you might be wondering
What does a business automation consultant actually do?
I find the repetitive tasks in your week, work out which ones your tools can handle for you, and then build the connections between them, often using Make or Zapier. You get the time back; I handle the technical side.
Do I need to be on Shopify or Thinkific?
That’s my speciality, but I also take on admin automation for other businesses where it fits the tools I work with.
How much do your automation services cost?
The plan is free. Builds start from AUD $500, and your plan includes a fixed quote, so there are no surprises.
What if my task can’t be automated?
I’ll tell you straight, and suggest what would help instead.
Will you tell me if there’s an easy solution?
Yes, absolutely. If there’s a $5 tool that will do this for you, I will suggest you use that.
Why only 5 plans a month?
I only have so much time in a month. Each plan takes real research time. I have to cap them to keep the quality (and my sanity) up.
Is there a catch?
No. The plan is yours to keep whether you hire me or not.
